Getting started

Start small, with a few vehicles

  1. We set it up with you We help you add your vehicles and drivers, and shape the dashboard around how you work. Your first three months are for exactly this.
  2. Drivers use the free app Drivers put the app on their own phone. It plans routes that fit the vehicle, warns of low bridges and hazards, and takes proof-of-delivery photos.
  3. You run it from the dashboard Send jobs, watch them live, read the check results and keep dates up to date. Add more vehicles when you are ready.

Common questions

Do I need to fit anything in my lorries?

No. There is nothing to fit. It runs on the phones your drivers already have.

What phones do my drivers need?

The app is in testing on Android now. An iPhone version is planned, and the Google Play and App Store releases are coming. Register your firm and we will tell you when there is a place for you.

Can I see where my drivers are all the time?

No. A driver’s position is shared with you only while they are on one of your jobs and the app is open. The app never tracks in the background, and a driver can delete their own account in the app.

Does WagonWise make us compliant?

No. It helps you keep checks, defects and maintenance dates in one place, but you stay responsible for your legal duties. The driving-hours clock in the app is a guide: the tachograph is the legal record.

What does it cost?

The driver app is free. The fleet dashboard is £15 per vehicle per month. As a launch offer, firms that join pay £10 per vehicle per month for their first three years, and the first firms we set up also get three free months.

Where does the routing work?

Routing covers Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland is not covered.
